Login

In order to login into the online self care point your browser to https://dialtone.gigabit.io

 
  • Email:
Email address as supplied with system extension
(E.g. john@domain.com)
  • Password:
Extension Password
(E.g. 4-H3l*3u2o4ZNIAc)

 

On login, you'll be presented with the Dashboard interface, which presents information about your line's usage and configuration.  From the dashboard, you can navigate to other sections:

  • My Details
    • Change your password, voicemail PIN, and email address.
  • Voicemail
    • Access your voicemail recordings. From here, recordings can be reviewed, downloaded, forwarded to other users, or structured into folders.
    • You can also make changes to your voicemail settings from this page.
  • Services
    • Access your lines' features, such as:
      • Personal Schedule
      • Call Filters & Call Blocking
      • Do Not Disturb
      • Find Me/Follow Me
      • Call Forwarding
  • CDR
    • Review CDRs (Call Detail Records) for your line.
  • Central Phone Book
    • Manage personal contact records/phone book.
