Getting Started: Admin Portal

Atlas Networks includes full support and managed move-add-change management for all voice customers, which means that all you have to do is imagine your phone system; we'll take care of building it for you. Every user, or phone line, also comes with a login to our end-user portal, which empowers every employee to self-service typical changes, such as voicemail settings, call forwarding, personal office hours, etc.

In addition, we offer a powerful client administration portal for IT teams or a delegated customer representative to use, which allows full control of all basic platform features. This portal enables management of the extensions, DIDs, IVRs, and other structural components of your voice deployment, from any computer with an internet connection.
