Change Your Password

If you know your current password, then simply visit the Atlas Networks Client Area. Once logged in using your current password, click on the button with the account holder's name located on the top-right of the page. This will cause a dropdown menu to appear, select "Change Password". In the new window you will be asked for your current password and your new password. Once you have created a new password - and confirmed it - click "Save Changes" down at the bottom of the page.

If you do not have access to your current password, contact Atlas Networks Support by email at support@atlasonnet.com or by phone at 206.395.7222 (option 2 for support). We will verify your identity and create a temporary password for you.

Once your password is reset, why not consider clicking on the button with the account holder's name on it once more and choose "Edit Account Details" to verify that we have up to date contact information for your account? This will help ensure that you are receiving communications from Atlas as well as help prevent you from becoming locked out of your account in the future.
